The service there was terrible, the waitress was extremely rude and had an attitude throughout the entire time we were there. When we asked for a different waiter she claimed to be the only one working at the moment (there were multiple people on staff), and when we asked for a manager she claimed that he wasn’t available. We left before ordering and on our way out I asked for her name for when I call the manager, she refused to give it to me and was extremely rude claiming that it’s a “national secret” and that “she doesn’t give her name to strangers”?? I don’t recommend going there at all. Additionally it was extremely unsanitary, the waitress literally put her hand in her mouth right in front of me and then wiped it on one...

Disappointed with the entry charge

I recently visited Savoy Restaurant with my family, and we were shocked to be asked to pay 250 per person just for entry. As someone who lives in Australia and frequents fancy restaurants, I’ve never encountered an entry fee just to dine. This charge felt unnecessary and honestly ridiculous.

I’d much rather spend that money helping someone in need than wasting it on an entry fee. The experience left a sour impression before we even got to the food. I hope the management reconsiders this policy, as it could deter potential customers like me who expect...

Food is nice , but it took them an age to prepare a simple oriental breakfast . Price is affordable , however small bottle of local water costs 14 LE !! Male staff were all gloomy and not friendly at all despite being so nice with all of them 🤔 such sad faces are really disappointing for customers who are seeking dining there in a nice atmosphere . Cheque took them a while to bring to us . View and decorations are great .toilets are very clean . But I can't repeat that experience again ,would rather prefer a local simple restaurant with smiling faces rather...
