Bad Jones BBQ — Restaurant in Cairo

Today was the second time trying Bad Jones, and I must say it was a complete disappointment compared to the first time. First of all, the wings were RAW, and the ribs were still frozen in the center. The table behind us had the same issue. It’s sad to say that you guys lost some customers today, which is quite unfortunate because the food is actually very tasty. I called twice to make an order. First time somebody answered but there was no sound, probably a bad connection. But when i called again right after, this time no body answered. And they didn't bother calling me back. They can see a missed call. But they don't bother following up. So i just ordered kebab from another place , and didn't bother either. And I'm not calling them again until they call and apologize .it's these little things that make a huge difference between respectable restaurants, and other normal business...

I just tried BAD JONES, and I must say it was a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly nice, making us feel right at home and wereso helpful. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and service.
