Cinnabon — Restaurant in Cairo

I always go to Cinnabon for their amazing rolls, but this visit at the Makram Ebeid branch really surprised me. Before walking in, I was just telling my friend how Cinnabon usually has the rudest waiters ever. To my surprise, the person who took our order around 9:30 pm was the complete opposite, absolutely amazing 🫶🏻

He went above and beyond, guiding us through all the options, helping us choose, and even brought our order up to the second floor. Honestly, such a lively and refreshing experience! I wish I knew his name because he deserves all the credit.

I used to love the place a lot and stay there countless hours but I won't be anymore. 1)The opening hours became terrible (They unpolitely asked me to leave at 11:30).2)The Cinnabon quality degraded a LOT (or at least since April 19).3)The fruit shakes were horrendous (especially the strawberry one) and It didn't even remotely look like the one on the menu.4) The Orange wifi hotspot is very unreliable (no stable internet).5) The manager apparently has a new job of nagging everyone to make an order every 30 minutes or so, even frequent customers which is pretty rude. The place is really good, however the ordering line is sometimes slow as people order, pay and receive their order at the same line. However, it is not that slow also but it could be faster if the cashier only focuses and the order and then you get a number till your order js prepared. The place is very comfortable and nice, most of the times you can find a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy your cinnabon experience, however, it's a help-yourself area and people usually leave the plates up without returning them down so you find tables with...
