It is a perfect dining experience with no doubt. If you are looking for a Turkish cuisine here in Cairo then Nisantasi is definitely one of the choices that you need to consider. However Citystars as an urban mall is full of fast food, casual dining and fine dining restaurants, but Nisantasi is standing out with a lot of unique propositions among all these restaurants. First proposition is the quality of the food, the chefs inside Nisantasi are really paying a lot of attention to the quality and the taste of the dishes being provided inside their restaurants, unlike the typical Citystars restaurants which can not handle the number of people being served and the speed needed to cover the crowd inside such a big mall. And if we are talking about the quality and taste of the food and dishes, then the raw materials/ food must be chosen with perfect quality that serves their objective to stand between competition restaurants. Second, the variety of the menu is incomparable to any other restaurants, varies between breakfast, supper and dinner dishes. It also comes with variety of soups, salads, starters, sandwiches and main dishes. Although all comes in Turkish cuisine, but you will find all might needed in your target meal. Kids also have share in the menu to cover their needs during dinner time. Third, the service as quality and as number of people serving you is brilliant. I'm not exaggerating if I compare the number of people helping me with the Fourseasons number of people that help one table. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They will never run out of patience if you have kids messing up on your table. The waiting time for the orders is just the right time, and you will always find whatever you are looking for. The setup is not wow, but the furniture and the dining tools are good. The overall experience inside Nisantasi is always pleasant, and the variety inside the menu and the professionality of the staff put Nisantasi the number one choice when ot comes to Turkish cuisine and/ or the number one restaurant inside Citystars at least for me.
