Overall stay 2night stay experience was amazing! Big pools, walking distance to city stars mall, breakfast is decent. I wish brewed coffee atleast to serve than nescafe in the buffet, but tolerable overall. We booked a family room 1310 and 1311..great amenities, didnt expect it to be completely provided plus to usual stuff- even loofah, cobble, shoe shine, sewing kit, i mean thats more than what we need. We put the room on dnd so didnt try how they cleaned but on checked in..kids room is fine, although our duvet covers felt too old as not crisp. Our toilet had runny flush and fixed later anyway. I arrived at 4 PM but the check-in process was unnecessarily delayed. I was also charged 100 EGP more than the price shown on Agoda. When I finally got to the room, the door lock was not working, and I had to wait for about 30 minutes with my little child until they fixed it. I also requested a king-size bed but found two twin beds instead, the welcome drink was The welcome drink tasted awful, almost spoiled. I really hope this will be the last unpleasant thing during my stay, but so far, Poor reception service, disappointing experience. Definitely not...
