I went today with 5 of my friends and we ordered 6 meals and 6 beverages Firstly , the service was awful by all means It took a lot of time for the waiter to come and take our order though we called one And when he came he wasn’t listening to us and he took our order wrong Secondly , the food took a lot of time to be ready it took over 50 mins and then after 30 mins he came and said the pizza got burned so we had to redo it and the fettuccine took alot of time to be made though the restaurant wasn’t crowded only 4 tables were full and they were small families so ig its easy to serve all of those When the food came it came after 1 hour and 10 mins and only 3 plates came out of 6 and even the juice came late and one tasted very sour and bitter one tasted hella sugary one tasted like water with a dash of lemon and the 3 were lemonade so where is quality control And when we returned them they literally brought the same thing with more sugar and a dirty cup Thirdly , when we asked about the missing items the waiter said that we only ordered 1 plate of Alfredo though we ordered 3 and we all heard it Lastly , the taste of the food we got pizza pepperoni, pizza margarita, Alfredo pasta , caeser salad The pizza wasn’t fully cooked the dough was still uncooked from the middle The Alfredo pasta wasn’t that good for the price The salad was okay but it’s just some lettuce with bread and the portion of the chicken was only one breast so it’s also small for the price And they charged us 86 pounds for the service per person which I won’t mind if the service was good but it was honestly a horrible experience and I won’t...
Read moreI had a very bad experience that I consider a real shame for this place. I asked for a cup of coffee and due to the waiter's confusion, the coffee cup fell from his hand before being placed on the table. He kindly brought me another one instead of the one that fell. Then I found out that I have 2 coffees on the bill to pay!!! I asked the manager of the place if this was normal behavior and he asked me if it was my fault or the waiter's fault?! I replied him if it changes anything?! To get the waiter out of this story I told him that it was my fault that it fell from his hand.. but anyway and since it is only a just cup of coffee it would have been kind way from them part not to put it on the bill. Instead, the manager who should understand and know well how to manage these frequent cases decided to do nothing and in a very rude way he left us without changing this shameful bill. The appetizers were nice, and the steak was decent, but it wasn't perfect. However, the main problem was with the operation inside the restaurant. The food took almost two hours to arrive, and when it did, some orders came out wrong. One of us had to wait until we finished eating for his dish to arrive, and we even had to wait 30 minutes for a cup of ice.
Considering the extremely high prices, I expected the standards and quality of service to be much higher. While the food was good, the poor operation inside the restaurant left me with mixed feelings about my experience there.
In conclusion, while I appreciate the effort that went into preparing the food at Crave, I cannot overlook the poor service and operation of the restaurant. For the price point, I believe that customers should expect better service and more...
