I had an amazing lunch experience here on 15th July 2022...Absolutely stunning and incredible food available here...Literally the best Chicken Shwarma and Tahina and food I have eaten in Cairo and in my life 😋...The kind hospitality provided by the manager here Mr Mohamed was amazing...such a warm and friendly and welcoming gentleman...He is such a great role model and ensured that all the patrons at the restaurant at the time were satisfied and happy...The chef is amazing here serving delicious food as I requested..The restaurant is beautiful with an ideal setting and perfect to stop by for a meal after the tours at the old churches nearby...Thank you so much Mr Mohamed for your kindness and generosity...Highly Appreciated May Allah bless you and your staff...

Yes, it's front of a touristic place. Hence, there are a lot of customers to be served.

It took me an hour to get a shawarma vs the once who have been served before. This is because of the preference they have towards white people vs asian looking people :)

They have a lot of young employees who are probably not trained enough how to deal with clients. One guy thinks he can memorise all the orders but in the end forget them. He asks you to wait 2 mins then allows another customer to sit on the table - it's great! However, don't complain that you have hundreds of shawarma to prepare - it is not the customer's problem and not a reason to not serve a customer who probably can be informed that an order will be delayed by X of hours!

Due to its convenient location, next to the old Coptic Quarter of Cairo, the restaurant targets the tourists visiting the Coptic Museum and the churches included in the Coptic Cairo Tour. The only locals eating here are the tour guides. This is not because of the quality of the food but because of the prices, adjusted for European wallets. They offer Middle Easterner dishes, with a local touch and an International way of plating. The menu is in English, the waiters speak English and the toilet is quite clean, according to local standards. If you walk about 500 meters away from the tour bus parking, you'll find the same dishes three times cheaper but the menu list will...
