My New Favorite Restaurant in Cairo!

I’ve always had a soft spot for Vietnamese cuisine, and I’ve been fortunate enough to dine at some incredible Vietnamese restaurants in New York, Washington, DC, and Miami. But nothing—and I mean nothing—prepared me for the culinary masterpiece I discovered here in Cairo. This place has completely redefined my love for Vietnamese food and quickly became my favorite restaurant in the city.

What sets this restaurant apart is the unbelievable quality of each ingredient. From the first bite, you can tell everything is fresh, thoughtfully sourced, and handled with care. The herbs in the pho were fragrant and vibrant, as if they had just been plucked from a garden that morning. The broth itself was complex, layered with a depth of flavor that only comes from hours of meticulous preparation.

Even the simplest side dishes, like the fresh summer rolls, were elevated to something extraordinary.

To top it all off, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable—they clearly care about sharing their love for Vietnamese food with every guest.

If you’re in Cairo and love Vietnamese cuisine—or even if you’re just curious—this place is an absolute must-visit. Honestly, I think it might be my favorite Vietnamese restaurant ever!

Do yourself a favor: Go. Now. You...

This place is beyond amazing, truly a gem in Cairo. Genuinely incomprehensible how their food is the level it’s at AND the service is amazing, 10s across the board. This is without a doubt the best food we’ve had in Cairo.

We always go for the beef dishes, which are so tender and flavorful! Truly some of the best Asian flavored meat dishes, the flavors are very robust and unique. The steamed dimsum was also excellent, the handmade wrapper was so nice and thick you can tell it’s freshly prepared and the filling was a delicious shrimp mix with a great flavor and texture.

The staff always provides us complimentary tea and dessert, and is very attentive to our requests. The owner is such a GEM. She has always made it a point to come and greet us and ask us how everything is at some point during our dine each time. I had asked her to pray and she set up a space where she double layered the rugs, sprayed some air freshener around and even placed a spritz of perfume where your head meets the floor just for me to pray🥹 She honestly is so sweet once you dine in and meet her, you understand why this place is the way it is, and why so many others have raved in...

I went there and I was a bit skeptical at first, I went based on google reviews and the restaurant suggestions on maps. At first the owner greeted me and she was so nice and friendly. I didn’t want to order alot of food as I had a bad experience with a vietnamese restaurant before. I ordered the grilled meat noodles, the waiter told me that the noodles are homemade and a bit sticky, I told her that was okay as I wanted the whole experience. At first I tried the noodles and it was so bland and tasteless and I thought okay this is another bad experience, but then I added the sauce to the noodles and I mixed everything together ( carrots, cucumber, cabbage, peanuts and green onions ) and I took a bite and man it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth it was so good. I finished the whole plate in like 2 minutes I didnt stop to even catch my breath. I would definitely go there again and try different things. And I want to thank the owner for the experience and it was clear that the food with made with love and passion. A little suggestion please change your tables because it was short and not very comfortable for...
