I was super excited until I stepped in. The lady greeted us and told us to walk in. I simply asked where we could change, and she said to go inside the salt cave and change as there were ladies around. I told her I respect and understand that, but then she said we had to walk barefoot. I asked for a slipper for hygiene, which is very normal to request at a wellness space, but she said no, we don’t have slippers here. She also mentioned there was no space to change and no locker. We were two guys, and she even told us that we would have to change in front of each other. When we questioned that, she said it was normal because we are men. She was very badly trained and couldn’t handle anything properly. The last thing I asked for was the owner’s number, and she gave me the wrong one.
