McDonald’s — Restaurant in Cairo

I don't recommend visiting the branch at all because the employees are not qualified to work in an international restaurant like this, they shout at each other in front of the customers and are rude to each other, and one girl was joking with another girl and pulled her hair, and they also spoke in a loud voice while calling each other, even the manager is not qualified to be in this position or in the restaurant at all, the manager was calling a girl from the back of the restaurant as if we were sitting in the street, and also when I asked for the order and the coke came without soda, and the problem is that they admitted that there was a problem with the machine and said they would fix it within 10 minutes, and the disaster is that during the entire 10 minutes they gave people drinks with their orders without soda, and when I came back to ask them after 10 minutes, they said that the problem has not been solved and will remain like this!? No one offered me a replacement or help until I was asking about...

The location of this McDonalds branch is perfect. Staff are helpful, they showed friendliness. I haven’t encountered any issue with the orders I have made, the seating areas are not huge but are also not excessively crowded, at least during weekdays. This branch also has a drive through.
