Vinny's Pizza — Restaurant in Cairo

The pizza was so great as always I do adore that place i usually go to zamalek branch but that time i passed by new cairo’s branch It was quiet looking good Staff who is taking the order was not all as friendly as they should be The outdoor areas has too many cats that will annoy your stay for having your pizza in the outdoor place And i didnt find a place indoor so i changed my order to take out and i paid then they told me to wait about 15 min I waited and then went to ask Surprisingly it was missed they thought it was a dine in and they didnt make it how come so where is even the dine in one But the manager there make things ok and manage to correct that mistake but we waited for some more minutes The new Yorker chicken club pizza was heavenly good it made us forgot everything and we enjoyed eating it away as the outdoor was hard to sit and the...

One of the worse experiences ever. Food arrived stone cold and completely wrong. Items messed up and sauce came wrong, and the packages of sauce were spilled all over the containers. Had to call them multiple times. And instead of return my money back and taking the food, they assured me they would resend the order hot and correct in 30 minutes. Waited another hour, only for the driver to demand money on the door and refuse to call his manager and just leaving while I was still talking to him. Called ONCE AGAIN, because the order came wrong AGAIN! With multiple items missing and even the number of wings is 7 not 8 even though they don't even serve 7 wings lmao. Waited ANOTHER hour for the driver to come back and return my money, horrible treatment and horrible experience overall. You should all be ashamed...

I used to love vinny's but what happened at iftar really changed my view about the place. I ordered a pick-up for me to recieve on 5:30 pm before iftar. The order was mistaken for 3 times and as I try to tell the server that the order is not right; he seems to be in another world as there is no answer, no reaction, nothing which was frustrating. The cashier/server didn't know how to do his job as I was waiting for my food for about 40 mins after iftar. Even though I recieved my order, the pizza was very cold, the garlic bread and fries were dry and felt like leftovers, and the nutella bites were tasteless... This is officialy my last time at Vinny's pizza. Really...
