PaoPao - Edgy Asian — Restaurant in New Cairo City

I never write reviews but this restaurant needed an honest opinion. We ordered the beef salad,dim sum chicken,shrimp gyoza,and paopao noodles. The beef salad was an absolute disaster. The portion was extremely small and the quality is super disappointing(mainly a kids’ portion green salad) and it was the same price as a main course. The dim sum was full of garlic it felt like tomeya in my mouth after. The shrimp gyoza was super nice tho we really liked it. The food is sheer perfection! We had been going around in Egypt looking for authentic Asian food and were so disappointed. Found PaoPao on Google and so so glad we did!! Tom Yum soup was amazing, perfectly balanced, right amount of sour and spicy, not too overly cluttered with extra things but clear soup with shrimps and mushrooms. The Bang Bang shrimp is spot on!! I finally had the pleasure of visiting Pao Pao, and I have to say—it truly exceeded my expectations. The ramen bowls are some of the best you can find in Egypt, full of flavor and crafted with incredible attention to detail.
