Butcher's Burger — Restaurant in Giza

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this visit was beyond frustrating. The service at this burger restaurant is shockingly bad. There’s absolutely no sense of urgency or customer care.

First, it took 30 minutes just to get someone to pick up the order. Then we waited another full hour for the food to be prepared — and that was just for four sandwiches. When the order finally came, they only gave us three sandwiches instead of four. No explanation, no apology.

To make it worse, the combo was supposed to come with fries and coleslaw — the coleslaw was completely missing. When I asked about it, it took them another 20 minutes just to check my bill. At that point, we were already fed up.

No coordination, no communication, and definitely no accountability. I don’t recommend this place at all. The food wasn’t even worth the wait — just average. Save your time and money and eat somewhere that respects...

Today September 1st I went to Arkan, and I notice they were shooting an ad, which is okay, everyone from the staff was paying attention to the ad not the guests also okay, they guy took the order (Juicy Lucy burger, with wings) and the guy was in a hurry (to get back to watch the ad) so I was kinda joking about it with him instead of making a big deal, but what I was really not okay with and not acceptable, when my order came I notice there were NO FRIES!!! I asked the guy who brought my order where is the fries? He informed me in a very very rude way (maybe they kept him away from watching the ad that’s why he is upset) you need to order the fries and left !!! He didn’t even give me the chance to order !!! You sit for ever till a waiter comes even he passed three times and just avoids eyes contact Had to call a manger so I get him to actually take an order Chickens wings are breaded with two days old rancid batter and there not enough buffalo sauce in the world to cover this horrible batter taste

The nachos are only covered with cheese on the top three prices And the rest is bone dry

The lemonades stayed on the counter too much by the times they arrived they were liquidated into something else- definitely not a smoothie any more -

For these prices one may expect better service...
