McDonald's Arkan Plaza — Restaurant in Giza

I am Egyptian but lives in America and when we found out that McDonald’s just opened in sohag we got excited. we ordered food in the place and the cheesecake was good. We wanted to order cheesecake for delivery at home and they said they didn’t have any I listened and said ok maybe they don’t have some tonight. I call again the next day and they say they don’t have any available. My brothers go to the place and they find some on display. I call again and ask to speak to a manager and they end the call I call again and ask to talk to a manager and he says I can talk to you the Manager isn’t available I talk to him and tell him why they’re lying about the cheesecake and he says there’s no such thing as cheesecake here there’s only buntcakes and i say no I ate it last time how are you gonna tell me there’s no cheesecake. He tells me to go to the application and see that “there’s no cheesecake” I checked and it said there was a blueberry cheesecake. Very disappointed my arabic isn’t well but it was very good when I spoke with him. Wont be visiting again very disappointed especially when I’m a guest...

Today I had the best experience with McDonald’s I go with the drive thru to redeem my free coffee and I choose latte it took a long time 5 minutes waiting the the manager came from the window and apologies for being late because of a problem in the latte machine and they are working on solving it through minutes and I replied no problem after another 5 minutes he came again with the delicious cheesecake and two packs of tea and He asked me to take back my offer to take the latte from another branch but I asked him for an american coffee instead of the latte Many thanks to the decent manager and to the whole team...

Today I visited the branch and I would like to say to employee name is (Dina) that I can't thank you enough because I really needed to take the medicine on time and I could not buy water at this time because I was in a very important conference call and I could not move in front of the PC to make new order , FYI I asked his employee another one refused to help me, so I repeated my request from Dina, so she helped me immediately.
