تجربتي في مطعم "عروس الشام" بمرسى مطروح كانت مليئة بالإيجابيات والسلبيات. فقد استمتعت ببعض المأكولات مثل ساندويتش البطاطس بالموتزاريلا اللذيذ جدًا، وساندويتش شاورما الدجاج الجيد والمقبلات الطيبة المرفقة بهما. لكنني لم أحظَ بتجربة جيدة مع فتة الشاورما التي وصلت إليّ باردة وخالية من المقبلات. كما أثر على تجربتي بشكل سلبي إضافة رسوم خدمة لم يُعلن عنها في القائمة مسبقًا. مما لا شك فيه أن الإفصاح عن هذه الرسوم بشكل واضح سيكون أكثر شفافية. أتمنى لهم التطوير المستمر، وأن ترتقى تجربة الصالة لتكون على قدر جودة بعض الأطباق.

My experience at "Arous Al Sham" restaurant in Marsa Matrouh was a mix of positives and negatives. I enjoyed some of the food, such as the very delicious potato with mozzarella sandwich and the good chicken shawarma sandwich with the tasty sides that came with them. However, I did not have a good experience with the shawarma fattah, which arrived cold and without any sides. My experience was also negatively affected by the addition of a service charge that was not disclosed upfront on the menu. Undoubtedly, disclosing these fees clearly would be more transparent. I wish them continuous development, and I hope the dine-in experience improves to match the quality of some of the dishes.

Мне понравились некоторые блюда, например, очень вкусный сэндвич с картофелем и моцареллой, а также хороший сэндвич с шаурмой из курицы и вкусные закуски, которые подавались к ним. Однако мне не понравилась фатта с шаурмой, которая прибыла ко мне холодной и без каких-либо закусок. На мой опыт также негативно повлияло то, что была добавлена плата за обслуживание, о которой заранее не было указано в меню. Безусловно, четкое раскрытие информации об этих сборах было бы более прозрачным. Я желаю им постоянного развития и надеюсь, что обслуживание в зале улучшится до уровня качества...

"Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time." The food arrived cold as if it had been sitting out for ages. When I politely mentioned it, the staff seemed indifferent and did nothing to fix it. On top of that, they added a service charge for this terrible experience without even asking. To make matters worse, they charged extra just to use the bathroom—in their own restaurant! Absolutely unacceptable. I left feeling overcharged, disrespected, and disappointed. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others...
