SIGMA 66 — Restaurant in New Cairo City

We tried two plates : the chicken roll & pasta (basically like a cordon bleu with a twist, surrounded by cheddar cheese, paired with creamy white mushroom pasta) which was excellent, and the chicken mushroom plate that was cooked perfectly. The sautéed veggies were buttery and garlicky, adding an extra layer of flavor that tied the whole dish together.

The drinks didn’t fully meet my expectations, but they weren’t bad either. I ordered the passion fruit mojito. While it leaned a bit more sour and zesty due to the extra lemon, the presentation was spot-on and impressive.

Of course, as sweet tooth people, we couldn’t not try the carrot cake! It was absolutely worth it. The balance of cream, cake, and nuts...

Ticks all the boxes for me . Had a chicken avocado salad very nice fresh , the dressing though was Honey mustard even though mentioned in menu it's lemon sauce . They have speciality good coffee.
