Mo Bistro is an exceptional restaurant in Cairo that I have visited twice. It is quite challenging for me to secure a reservation, which speaks to its popularity. Despite my high rating, I must address some of the downsides of my experience. I have sampled various dishes, including the steak, risotto, pasta, and lamb chunk. Their specialization in meat truly shines, making it perhaps the best option on their menu. Additionally, the beetroot salad was a delightful surprise, showcasing their prowess in creating flavorful salads. However, their dessert selection is limited, with only the yam and tiramisu standing out. The portions are generous, especially for those with hearty appetites, and a single plate suffices after the main course.

One standout dish was the Australian lamb, which was expertly prepared and boasted incredible flavors. The slow-cooked lamb had a remarkable tenderness, complemented by a well-executed rice dish topped with a crust of fried onions, nuts, and raisins. The combination of flavors was truly outstanding, and the accompanying sauce added a perfect balance of sweetness and butterness. The portion size was notably substantial, resulting in a truly satisfying and hearty meal.

However, I do have concerns regarding the service at Mo Bistro. The waitstaff appears to be overwhelmed and understaffed, making it challenging to receive prompt attention. It is necessary to call them for assistance, as they do not proactively check on patrons. The overall customer service experience could be improved, as it is not solely about the food. On multiple occasions, I had to request water three times before it eventually arrived at my table. Even when I pointed out the delay, there was no apology or acknowledgment. The waitstaff lacked a friendly demeanor and seemed excessively serious, which detracted from the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that diners seek. Considering the prices at Mo Bistro, I expected a higher level of attentiveness to my needs and desires while dining. It is essential to address these service-related shortcomings to enhance the overall experience for customers. A full restaurant and busy waitstaff should not be an excuse for difficulties in flagging...

I went for breakfast to try it for the first time, but i was alittle disappointed, or maybe it was just my luck, i tried mo bistro club sandwich speciality and that was out of my comfort zone so as to give it a shot, from the name u feel like it will be something else and special, it says it comes with side wedges, first the side was normal froes and the brought the wedges after we pointed that out (that should not happen) the sandwich was below normal, it had alot of mayonnaise and very very normal taste and when i said that the waiter said that's implied as it is club sandwich but I pointed out that the speciality part seemed it will be something else he offered to bring me another plate but i refused ,and my friends omelette was oily ,the coffee was bitter, the menu pictures are deceiving as a photo of two dishes combined in one dish which makes u think that what u will get but the waiter explained when we asked The tables inside are too crowded and jammed beside eachothers I love the owner from his opinions in his reels in Instagram he is very brave and is not afraid to stand firm by his beliefs 💪 maybe i had my expectations very high and...

You can know the good fine dining restaurants from the beef cutlets specially steaks and ribs as it just need to be fresh and good quality, with no herbs or any additional flavors to hide the taste. We ordered the Carnivore Tray for two. The bone marrow had a horrible taste, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't fresh . Also the ribs were very dry , I called the chef but he didn't show up , one of the staff came to make sum silly excuses and offered to change it ( the replacement was fine which means that the first one wasn't fresh and reheated ). It was my first visit to Mo Bistro and it's definitely below the expectations. For such high price the customer already paying for the restaurants food waste , expired and old food items , that's why I should receive a premium quality all the time. Moreover, I the staff wasn't talking our complaint very serious as well. We also ordered a shrimp risotto whish was very good though. However, given our experience with the Carnivore I have my doubts bout the ingredients as it can be covered with the cheese and other flavors...

Mo Bistro is supposed to be the comeback of CafèMo that for whom don’t recall was one of the best restaurants in town 15 years ago. With a new revamped Attire, Attitude, the place is on the upscaled expensive side. So expect an average bill of L.E700-900/per person ++ if you attempting Lunch/Dinner. We Ordered 2 Peach Ice Tea, 2 Desserts : Tiramu, my friend liked it, it was a big portion yet i found no trace of coffee. I had the creme Brûlée, the flamed crust was thicker than it should be but the creme was fresh. For Main dishes: She had Mongolian Chicken,”, I had Crispy SeaBass. I would say portions are big/filling yet the 2 fish fillet pieces were too thin and most of the dish was mainly potatoes slides, no asparagus on site as claimed in the menu and was replaced by green bean, the lemon sauce was good yet you pay 425++ for a dish full of Potatoes. The atmosphere is comfy in terms of seatings, makes you wanna stay longer and order more. The Menu is too vast and variable which is good & bad, not all plates would be perfected yet would cater for various tastes.

Location: 4⭐️ Within Garden 8 mall. Almost the last restaurant in the mall. Interior Design: 5 ⭐️ The place is very well designed. Hase both an indoor and outdoor areas with contemporary and cosy ambiance. The use of greenery in the place is amazing. Service: 4.5⭐️ The team is friendly and punctual. The waiter knows his menu and can very well suggest matching items. Everything went flawless. Menu: 4.5 ⭐️ It is my first time. Selection of items in the menu is impressive. My specific comments on the items ordered are: - Almond Soup Service piece: Good Taste: Super Suggestion: Toasted Almond can be added as a garnish on top for color enhancing. - Shrimp Tacos Service piece: Perfect Taste: Good Suggestion: Tacos to be hard shell - Burrata Service piece: Perfect Taste: Perfect - Carnivore Tray Service piece: Good Taste: Bad - Mini Shawerma: Service piece: Good Taste: Good Suggestion: can’t pinpoint exactly what can be enhanced. In general, the experience is very good, as the place is very welcoming. Can’t wait to try the rest if the menu soon.
