Yesterday I had my sister's birthday made in the restaurant and I had one of my parents go there a day or two early to check with the place and fees about how it's going to be organised and certainly the owner said no fees for the cake and people but have a decent check. But the big twist is at the end of the day when I came to have my check he charged us more than thousands pounds for nearly nothing and I asked and he said and I quote " you had 20 people in the party and its 80 pounds per person and I counted you, plus the food you ordered". I am sorry but I had 13 people EXACTLY in the party and we had ordered food so our check would look decent and not too low but just out of the blue charging me for something you didn't give me a notice of is absolutely out of line. Also I got yelled by a staff there for asking him to get the cake fast because the birthday girl was arriving and it was a surprise then the owner talked to me that he keeps this staff because he is kind and low educated and this is a kindness out of him and he doesn't know how to treat people properly and he kept giving reasons of why he yelled at me. Another point is the 80LE was for a soda and water , and he didn't give us any kind of water but only soda. And at the end he was taking pictures of us and videos for the sake of "posting them on Instagram" without taking a permission from me or my parent to take any picture of us and that's...

I had a bad experience there. One of staff members shouted on my daughter . I planned to make my daughter's birthday there with the owner he cheated us in prices after telling me that he would only charge me the check if i ordered something but he then added a cost for each person 80 pounds only for one cola and one water which he didn't say or give me a notice of when i certainly went to the restaurant earlier this week to ask about the details and payment for the birthday. Also to prove he is a scammer that he said and charged me for 20 people and said he "counted them" when we were 13 invited with full names i have out. So don't get fooled when the owner treats you really well in the beginning then scam you with a check reaching more than a thousand...

They took min. charge in football time extra above check 🫣🤣 without telling, for me you can do whatever in your cafe but FOR SURE guests should know before about new things in payment...
