Came here whilst on holiday in Sharm, was great experience. Venue - Was clean and well kept including outdoor area. The place doubles up as a nightclub so the seating surrounds a dance floor and this actually gives it a nice open feeling and you're not sitting too close to other tables. decor and music was good. Finding a restaurant in Sharm without incredibly loud music is rare.
Food - We had starters and mains. All the food was really good. Great portion sizes that were surprisingly large, food cooked well and tasted great. the Prawns, chicken strips and sliders all stood out as great.
Service- We had Bob (Ehab) . This guy is a credit to the brand. He is a natural with people talking about various hard rocks and music. He was really good with our kids not just polite but built rapport. I have worked in many hospitality roles and would be proud to have him on any team.
Second visit. After joking with Bob that we were too full up for desert and that we would come back just for desert and we was able to a few days later and just had deserts which again were fantastic and big portion sizes. I think the sizes are designed to be "American" and makes you wonder how you are meant to eat a starter, main and desert. We had Sam on the second visit. All was good again unfortunately for sam, once you have had Bob everyone else has a tough job matching up.
Was a great visit and was a highlight of our holiday. If I was in the area again I would go out of my way to visit again and see Bob.
As a final note. Beef bacon. I understand Egypt does not do pork that is not a problem. Beef bacon however is horrible and there is a reason why the all the places that have pork bacon do not sell beef bacon. Just stop using...
Read moreWe visited on a quiet evening and were lucky enough to have Mina as our waiter. He was absolutely incredible. Friendly, attentive, and made our visit so enjoyable. He even took the time to entertain our little boy, especially with a fun YMCA dance that had us all smiling.
We had such a great time that we booked again for a karaoke night, specifically requesting to sit in Mina’s section. Even though the setup was different and you usually go to the bar yourself, Mina went above and beyond, walking with us to the bar to make sure we were served and even helping carry drinks back. That level of service really stood out.
We loved it so much that we booked again for the next karaoke night. This time, unfortunately, Mina had been moved to the outside area and we weren’t in his section. It was still a lovely evening, but it really highlighted how much of a difference Mina made – he truly elevated the whole experience.
Other staff members remembered us too, which was a really nice personal touch. The manager was also an absolute delight. Warm, welcoming, and it meant a lot that he recognised us on our return visits.
The cocktails were gorgeous, definitely worth paying the small upgrade to get the free souvenir glass. The food was also delicious, with generous portions and very reasonable prices.
We highly recommend taking advantage of the all-inclusive option on karaoke nights – it’s great value, and if you’re keen to sing, make sure to get your name down early!
Not once were we asked to leave a review, but the level of service we received absolutely deserved one.
Mina is a true asset to the brand and the main reason we visited three times during our stay in Sharm. We’ll...
Read moreWell, the food is as always plentiful and fabulous. This visit was an organised one by the hotel where we paid £20 per person. It included travel both ways and a cut down cocktail menu, beers, and wine. Also 20% off the food bill. Now, this HRC was a good 30 - to 40-minute drive away, so a taxi would have been £15. Service was a tad slow, but the place was full and busy, so there was no real problem. We got seated, and one person from each couple went to the bar to get drinks. This was the problem as even with around 5 bar staff, there was a massive bottleneck. Basically, regular walk-ins were massed at one half of the bar, and groups like us (we had wrist bands on) had the other half but in a single file queue. Drink serving was slow, with the queue quickly heading down the stairs and onto the restaurant floor. You could only take 2 drinks at a time, so literally, every partner had to go up. Also, the wine glasses are very small, so I ended up going up over 8 times. I did say just give me the bottle as my wife and I drink wine, but no. So up and down I went, and the queue never went down. The karaoke was very good, a great host. Because we arrived late, there were a lot of people in the sing queue. My wife did get a chance, though. Food was spectacular. Bang on. To summarise, maybe hand out a bottle of wine for wine drinkers and organise the front of the bar a bit better as people cut in and jumped places. Fantastic value for money and loved the experience. Beautiful...
