We were a party of 5 and ordered their tortillas tipo nachos, shrimp pastas, a boloñesa pasta en the punta jalapeño. As they were setting the shrimp pasta infront of me I could smell a strong fishy smell and knew right away I wasn't going to enjoy it. One of my companions ordered the punta jalapeño and it was just okay. The meat was not medium rare as he requested . Everyone was unhapoy with the food and their horchata was extremely sweet my daughter had one zip and didn't drink it at all. Service was very slow especially considering that there were only 3 parties including us (because of the bad weather I suppose). We weren't told ahead of time that desserts were included until we were paying and so they put it in a to go box . Would have been nice to have tried them at the restaurant with coffee as it seems that's included too. Lastly, this place is pricey and they also automatically included a tip. The only thing we really enjoyed here were the complimentary bread sticks...
Read moreExcellent place, delicious dishes for a good price, you can choose the terrace and you have a pleasant view of part of Ataco, at night it is very beautiful with lighting that gives it a romantic touch and pleasant soft music. Service was also good, waiter was taking care of us however in the end they showed their "real face", this is something that might cost them 2 stars 🌟 from my review. Firstly, they changed us more than it was on the menu, well, 2,90 $ more, yet, not much but it is disrespectful. We decided not to argue as we were tired, nevertheless, be aware when receiving your bill. Secondly, I ordered a beer 🍺, a local Pilsner, 3,5 $ for a can of 🍺. Please, if you are so fancy then serv a bottle. And lastly, stop ripping off your customers and keep your words, addressing to the waiter, although not the young one.
Overall, credit to the...
Read more5/5 Service: Eric was so amazing and made my date night so special. Everybody was so hospitable and genuinely kind.
2/5 Food: The appetizer chicken wings 3 pieces for $5.99 was the best thing I had but I was so sad about the proportion despite it coming with a side of Salvadorian nachos, please try the chimmichuri sauce! I would skip the ribs which were too fatty and too much bone. The Shrimp Pasta only came with two shrimps but the problem with that dish was that the linguini was overcooked and the sauce was not seasoned enough.
5/5 Drinks: Sangria was amazing! I would come back just for drinks.
10/5 Ambiance! The atmosphere is hard to beat with the cute twinkly lights and romantic candles set on every table. Despite the food not being so great, you won't leave sad with it's upbeat energy and romantic...
