Hesburger — Restaurant in Haapsalu linn

Kohutav teenindus, tellisin 18.40 kohapeal söömiseks. Tellimus sai valmis peale kella 19:00 ning oli siis kaasa pakitud, sest restoran oli suletud. Olin sunnitud sööma autos ja saama riietele plekid, sest ei osatud toitu korralikult pakkida. Kliente ei olnud palju ja pool aega teenidajad jutustasid omavahel. Teine klient ei saanud üldse tellida, sest teenindajad jutustasid, ignoreerisid teda ning siis teatasid, et oleme suletud.

Horrible service, I ordered at 18:40 to eat in. I got my order after 19:00 and food was packed to take away because they said restaurant is now closed. I was forced to eat in the car and get stains on my clothes because they packed food sloppy. Other customer even didn't get to order the food because person working behind the cashier was chatting and ignoring the customer and then announced that the restaurant is closed. Incredibly slow workers, it is nothing like other Hesburger fast food restaurant. I don't think it's normal to wait 50-60 minutes, when there are 3-4 orders on the screen...it's nice that the customer service...
