Rado Restoran Haapsalu — Restaurant in Haapsalu linn

My partner and I enjoy an amazing dinner last night. Our waitress was really nice and detailed. Also super helpful in giving us a description of the dishes so it was easy to decide what to eat. As starters we have onion tart and cauliflower, both dishes (despite the simplicity which they sound) they were upgraded to another level. Totally recommend, flavorful! For mains we have truffle risotto and picanha. If you are not a huge fan of truffle but still okay with it (like me), you MUST try the risotto. Explosion of taste in the mouth! Didn’t expect that at all. Picanha itself was cooked perfectly, meat was tender with the right amount of tasty fat. A side of green and sauce that you will definitely want more and more. Absolutely blown away by this place . The food is outstanding , the setting is beautiful and the service top notch! The waitress was very knowledgeable & great to chat to. It was a busy evening (14.02) but she was still walking around with a smile and found time to connect with us. I have never tasted so many lovely flavours that work so well and my seabass was to die for!

Desserts (brownie and toffee cake (read: sticky toffee pudding)) were a bit too classic and simple but still...

Truly Stunning! Just had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. Every aspect of the whole experience was very well curated. We were received with such happy smiles from the FOH and they took really good care of us till we left. You can see they love what they do. The food was exceptional! The textures, the flavours and the balance of everything to make each dish a unique piece of art. P.s: Fish cooked to Perfection! Exactly...
