I had reasonable expectations based on the restaurant’s 4.3-star rating, but the experience ended up feeling overpriced for the quality delivered. While the main dishes and dessert were genuinely good, the disorganized service and inedible appetizer took away from what could have been an enjoyable meal.
As a visitor from another country, I dined on a quiet Sunday evening around 7 p.m., with several empty tables — so I didn’t expect such rushed and poorly timed service. Our mains arrived before the appetizer, and dessert (including ice cream) was served just as we finished the mains. This left no chance to enjoy the appetizer in between. By the time we finally tried it, it was cold, rubbery, and tasted like cheap, reheated frozen food — completely inedible.
It’s unfortunate, because the flavors of the main courses and dessert showed real promise. With better pacing and more attention to quality, the experience could have matched the rating.
If you're fine with chaotic service and mainly care about the mains and dessert, it might work for you. But if you're looking for a well-paced, satisfying dining experience that justifies the price, you may want to...
Read moreI've eaten here a half-dozen times and each time the food has been consistently good, though not fine-dining spectacular if that's what you're after. The service, however, has been very inconsistent. Sometimes it's competent and efficient. Last time, the staff klatched behind the bar, not venturing out into the dining room. We were told to take a seat "anywhere there are no glasses or silverware." Then we were promptly forgotten about. Depending on the day and time you go, you may get a constellation of staff that doesn't communicate well with each other or with you. But sometimes they get everything right. My advice: (1) Moderate your expectations here. (2) Sit somewhere close to the staff's main flight path so they remember...

Not crowded place and really great atmopshere :) Service was somewhat strange - the waitress asked whether the food should be brought together - we answered that yes, we would love to get the food for everyone at the same time. Got the firsts, mains and desserts at the same time :D By getting the food at the same time we meant getting the apperizers/mains at the same time for everyone, and not getting the chocolate fondant with the soup - i am assuming that it should be self explanatory xD Asked whether we could get the desserts later, got the response that it is fine - got charged double xD Food: Solid 8.5/10 Drinks: 8.5/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Pricing: 8/10 Service: 6/10 -...
