Chi — Restaurant in Tallinn

I had very bad experience. Food was too good but the service was unbelievably bad. A waiter called “Anna V” served us was very rude from the beginning. She literally threw the menu card on my face (such a negative vibe) and I bet she doesn’t know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. First time I saw a waiter chewing gum while taking order.

Even the order was not taken right. We asked for water, she missed it and we just want to finish the food and move on. End of the day, we wanted to have a relaxed dinner which eventually didn’t happen.

The finish was atrocious. She simply came and said, we are closing. Pay me now. Cash or card?

Advice to the management: Hire qualified people who can treat your customers well. End of the day, being in service industry, customer service plays a key role. Hiring unqualified people might save you money but eventually, you are losing customers. I am a blogger and recently posted good about your restaurant. I am forced to remove it and publish the facts about your restaurant services.

We went to this place during our trip to Estonia to have our lunch, as most of us were Asians and needed to have some Asian taste foods, but it was a disaster, we waited a long time like 20mins to get our menus and after that there was no one to take our dishes even after passing another 20mins, so we came out of the restaurant waisting our time minimum of 40 mins (time was crucial because we were coming back to Finland from 6.30pm) . It was a very bad experience for us because we were starving and no one even explained what was going on. And even though we are going out of the restaurant no one cares why we are going out.
