I had very bad experience. Food was too good but the service was unbelievably bad. A waiter called “Anna V” served us was very rude from the beginning. She literally threw the menu card on my face (such a negative vibe) and I bet she doesn’t know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. First time I saw a waiter chewing gum while taking order.
Even the order was not taken right. We asked for water, she missed it and we just want to finish the food and move on. End of the day, we wanted to have a relaxed dinner which eventually didn’t happen.
The finish was atrocious. She simply came and said, we are closing. Pay me now. Cash or card?
Advice to the management: Hire qualified people who can treat your customers well. End of the day, being in service industry, customer service plays a key role. Hiring unqualified people might save you money but eventually, you are losing customers. I am a blogger and recently posted good about your restaurant. I am forced to remove it and publish the facts about your restaurant services.
