Chopsticks — Restaurant in Tallinn

Ordered from Chopsticks Kristiine via Fudy and there was long, black, curly hair in my noodles. I poured some noodles from the box onto my plate, I was just about to put some into my mouth (my second helping, I already ate some of the noodles) and I noticed a hair. It didn't seem long at first, I thought "gross, but maybe I could move past it". But then as I pull, this huge hair comes out. I completely lost my appetite after that. Food safety is not a priority at this restaurant. I contacted Fudy who suggested I put it there myself. The restaurant called me, they put four different people on the phone saying the person who packs the food has red hair, so it couldn't possibly be them. They refused to offer a refund and so here I am. Sharing my experience with you fine people so you can be informed before you spend your hard earned money here.

When I order food, I don't expect someones hair to be in it. A full strand of hair. I could pick out this person from a line up simply based on what this strand of hair looks like...I should not be able to do this. I just wanted noodles. Fudy offered to refund for the noodles, the restaurant had no intentions of helping at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you DO NOT use Fudy or Chopsticks Kristiine - your health is more important.

Wouldn't you also lose your appetite? Would you pay for a meal you're not going to eat?

PS: there was another issue with this order, but I haven't mentioned that as I want to keep the focus where it belongs...health and safety. Potentially eating someones hair is not safe for me or my family. Chopsticks is welcome to reply, I'll post a link where you can buy some hair nets...

My first time here, had a question about the menu. Two young women were serving. One was nice, while I was not sure with the menu and wanted to ask about if if thwy have sweet sour sauce..But the second, a tall blond one with red clothes, was hardly stressed. She was nerved and extremely unfriendly to me. Stressed me, although I just had one question and said , what I wanted to have.. Was hungry and shocked , so I ate. Food was good, but the service from this person was not! And it was really just max two minutes I was not sure what I wanted and asked for it.Nobody was waiting after me. The red Girl did no sorry saying although I said, she was unfriendly. Not cool!!!

21.01.2023 зашли покушать супа сюда. Если нравится неторопливое обслуживание персонала, то вы пришли по адресу.. :-) На кассе стояла девушка, которая, к сожалению, не умеет нормально разговаривать ни на каком языке, бормотала невнятно и себе под нос. Заказали чайник с зелёным чаем, 2 супа и рулеты. Вместо того, что бы сразу поставить заварить чай, девушка занялась чем то другим.. Видимо пыталась осознать что и кто из клиентов до нас заказал и что с этим сделать... Про уборку столов она видимо тоже не могла вспомнить.. Занято клиентами было меньше половины столов, но несколько столов стояли с грязной посудой, на одной скамейке лежала чья то недоееденая лапша. И На "огонёк" в виде не убранного стола, заглянул бомж... видимо решил , что в этом .... "ужасе" его не заметят, он уселся за стол, а потом и вовсе спать лёг.... и персонал его действительно не заметил... :)) Новые клиенты , желающие перекусить, вынуждены были садиться за другие грязные столы. Через 15 минут я напомнил "кассирше" что чайник с чаем так мы и не получили.. В ответ она на полном серьёзе начала спрашивать, а что я у них ещё заказал.. По итогу, через пол час принесли суп, и про чай еще раз ей напомнил.. и про рулеты... С памятью у "кассирши- официантки" какая то беда, витаминчиков может надо покушать.. Через полчаса повар, (кто? кто? - ПОВАР! ) вышел с кухни и начал убирать со столов грязную посуду.. при этом взгляд у повара, когда он глядел на "девицу- официантку" был очень не добрый.. :-) По итогу, суп вкусный, порции большие, но сервис это в этот день был ужасен! Если есть настроение и время на ожидание фастфуда ( быстрой ... еды) то заходите...
