A cafe inside Kristiine Keskus. We checked out the prices of other cafe's here too and to our surprise, this was reasonably priced. Stylish cafe with a great atmosphere. Beautiful cakes and other delicious desserts. The Kaakao (Chocolate) was good. And so was the Mango-cheese cake. The blueberry-joghurt pannacotta cake was really good. Both desserts were beautifully made. A feast for both your eyes and taste buds. Latte coffee was tasty and just the right temperature. Coffee, chocolate and both pastries cost 12.30€. You first might think it's pricey, but the quality and the atmosphere make it worth it. You could naturally go for Lidl baking section, pick a fresh pastry and have an ice coffee to go with it for much less, but this was also an experience on a much more comfortable table. We did not need a restroom, so we don't even know if there is one. The staff was friendly and understand English and i believe i said some parts in Finnish too (oops, but yeah the two languages are like cousins and sound very similar to foreigners, estonians pick up Finnish better than finns...

At one point she understood what we were asking for, went to the fridge and took a tube of cream and pulled it over the table with great force, saying: This is it, isn't it? If so, say it is!
We were in shock and not knowing what to do, we continued with the request, totally embarrassed, and sat down at the table. We count the minutes to finish the snack and leave.
I do not recommend this location because of the lack of...
Read moreI used to come to this kohvik several times a week. Sometimes I would work on my laptop for a few hours , never more than four. One day, I stayed longer, but even then I left during lunch to eat elsewhere and returned later, placing an order each time. Usually, the staff is friendly and welcoming.
However, today was disappointing. A different staff member, an Estonian woman, approached me and said, “You’re with a laptop, right? You can’t stay all day because we have many customers.” The irony is that in all the time I’ve been coming here, I have never once seen the place full or even 80% busy, during WORKDAY.
After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable here and won’t...
