So much to share...

Our group originally had a reservation for 7 people. However, on the same day, we called and asked if we could change the reservation to accommodate 15 people at the same time. Surprisingly, someone from the restaurant called us back and agreed to the request.

From the moment we arrived, everything started to go downhill. We were led to a beautiful private room upstairs, where a male waiter attended to us. Instead of providing any explanations, he simply handed us the menus and left. Eventually, he returned and we asked him to serve two people from our group quickly as they needed to leave soon. Without any objections, he agreed to our request. Strangely, he also took everyone else's orders without offering any friendly advice or comments.

The first dishes we requested for the two people arrived a whopping 40 minutes later. To make matters worse, no one bothered to check on us during this time to see if we needed any drinks. Our wine and other beverages had run out long ago, and everyone was left hungry and thirsty. It was a missed opportunity for the restaurant to sell us more drinks, especially considering the special occasion we were celebrating.

All the other dishes started to arrive 1.2-1.5 hours later. Let's not even get started on the quality of the food. Some of our group members even requested desserts to be served with the main course, but this request was completely ignored. To top it off, one dessert was missing entirely.

Throughout the three hours we spent at the restaurant, our glasses remained empty and our water bottles were left untouched.

Now, let's discuss the food. Each of us had ordered different cuts of meat, and unfortunately, all of them were cooked incorrectly. The medium rare orders turned out to be rare, and so on. Additionally, the meat didn't taste fresh or flavorful; it felt like something you would buy from a store or defrost.

Some of us also ordered sauces, and that was another disappointment. The truffle sauce, in particular, was a big scam. It was basically a mushroom sauce with a hint of truffle oil, which was quite off-putting if you're not a fan of mushrooms.

By the end of the meal, we made sure not to leave any tips because it seemed like our waiter was happy to see us go. As we were leaving, I asked to speak with the manager. However, the encounter turned out to be quite comical. The manager quickly asked what was wrong, and after I explained everything, he simply said they would contact us and bid us farewell. It's been a week now, and we haven't received any message or call from them.

We just wanted to express our disappointment. The place, with its closed garden and koi fish, may have a nice exterior, but our experience was far from satisfactory. We had hoped to be heard by the manager, but it seems like they...

✌Glutenfree Options✌Low Contamination Risk! Ordered an outer fillet steak...tasted amazingly good but too chewy for my taste. Chimichurri was a very tasty flavourful dip sauce, a great match to the perfectly oven baked potatoes and very yummy.

I highly recommend it but be careful, I dripped some oil on my white shirt though, my bad of course, not a restaurant thing.

Staff was very caring and helpful as I always must check contamination risk and how products are handled separately from gluten, before ordering from menu.

The atmosphere was nice and the surrounding background music not disturbing at all. It was played on a comfortable level so one could concentrate on the good food instead.

I'll be back for sure and try Filet Mignon as an alternative, recommended by the staff as I mentioned the too chewy meat 🍖

EDIT, REVISIT May 2024 With mouthwatering expectations I decided to try the Estonian liver steak this time, cooked in Argentinian way and boy was I surprised how delicious it was.👌😋 😍 😀

The steak was awesome😛.. but again a chewy part, impossible to eat and swollow which I must smuggle out of my mouth in a discreet maneuver, into the napkin, feeling like everybody is watching. 👁👁

Never mind, it has happened lately on other restaurants too, not a big deal after all.

When ordering, the staff is handing over the no-brainer-big-picture how you wish your meat to be grilled or cooked, not a chance for misunderstandings here.

I want to give a loud shout out to the dip sauces as well, this time a perfect pepper variation soooo tasty, also an extra shout out for the salad 🥗 😋... it's crazy how much one can do with a salad and flavors to make it taste soooo good.

So why don't I give it 5 stars? Maybe because the mainstream, boring softdrink options.

As I don't drink alcohol, I always appreciate if there's something more "adult" to offer in alcohol free way, together with a mouthwatering, tasty meal. Coke and Fanta feels kinda blunt choice. I like something more refined, in harmony with the good food.

The atmosphere is nice and I like the Argentinian inspired design and interior and the professional staff is nice and understanding with my complicated gluten intolerance.

The service is very good and friendly.

Great food. Small breads with garlic spread are a good appetizer. For the main course, I recommend the Grilled Meat Selection for Two, with the addition of rice, or sumptuously salty pan-fried potatoes along with a good selection of sauces. A Mediterranean-style salad with tiny tomatoes adds to the taste.

A fine collection of great beverages is available. Of these, I suggest carbonated blackberry lemonade with real blackberries, and a strawberry-flavoured ice cream sundae for dessert. Standard big-brand lemonades are also available, and lemonades can be ordered ice-free.

Other good points: A well-placed location in the city centre, comfortable building, free Wi-Fi, and take-home boxes for left-overs, when asked for.

The soundscape of washing rooms is adorned with refreshing pop music, and space in each individual washing room is generous. Teenindus on väga hea ja sõbralik. Äramärkimist vajavad leivakuklid küüslauguvõidega (eelroaks), grillitud lihavalik kahele ja lisaks mõnusalt soolased praekartulid (mida oleks võinud veidi rohkem olla), ühes hea kastmevalikuga.

Jookidest soovitan maasikamaitselist jäätisekokteili ja mustikalimonaadi (mulliga). Saadaval on ka standardlimonaadid, ning limonaade saab tellida "ilma jääta".

Plussid: väga mugav asukoht Kesklinnas, hubane hoone, tasuta Wi-Fi. Ülejäägid saab viia restorani poolt pakutavas plastikkarbis koju.
