Fierce Chicken — Restaurant in Central

I'd suggest that you check your receipts before leaving to avoid surprises. I went to buy some produce and was overcharged at checkout. I immediately told the staff but they were very difficult and refused to rectify (despite a legal obligation to respect the displayed price). I had to argue with 3 staff members and waste 15min until they accepted to call the manager. She accepted that they could not insist on overcharging me, but had an attitude that was quite unpleasant - it didn't look like they took price transparency very seriously. I should note that the manager knew I was a returning customer but didn't really offer to do anything to make it up - which shows poor customer service.

By the way, I also had the same issue at Grace beauty nextdoor where they refused to respect their price list and insisted that they would charge me (much) more than the displayed price.

In terms of the food, the quality is pretty consistent but with the increasing prices (and sometimes the shrinking serves, for example for some tofu dishes), I don't think it's good value for money anymore.

I find that service has deteriorated too, with some of the staff having an unpleasant attitude. The last time I went my table was very dirty but the waitress only cleaned half of it (and only after I asked for her to do it). They also served our sushi without chopsticks (or any other cutlery) and didn't bring them over even after we asked. I had to go and take...

The restaurant is one of the best place for a family dinner/lunch or get together for friends. Situated at Flagstaff, this place offers a variety of dishes...cost is reasonable, not too expensive & depends on ones budget. Very friendly staffs, accommodating to each customers request from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk. The restaurant has a restroom within and also a coffee shop or bakery depending how you see it. Otherwise very clean, service delivery in terms of your food orders dont take long & there delicious - worth every penny, than again thats my opinion. I leave that to you to decide for yourself so if you ever around the complex, do try them out. Before i forget, the restaurant location is so convenient that you have access to ATM machines for ANZ, WBC & BSP along the corridors & for transport. The bus bay is just right outside the complex as well as a taxi base. Yes! There is carpark above and behind the complex. So yeahhhh...thats about it from me....

Fierce chicken is an oasis in Suva's lacking fresh food culinary scene. Very clean and of high standard. Boy oh boy if you want hot food then get the signature dish and ask for fierce. I rate the heat similar to scorpion chillies, otherwise go for the burgers or the pizzas. Sushi is excellent and fresh.

Outside deck over looks a sports field and Marist high school. Nothing weird (as suggested by another reviewer), the air is fresh and you almost feel you are somewhere else...

Very clean toilets, patisserie is amazing by Suva standards and they use organic food where possible.
