Fong Lee — Restaurant in Central

The food was delicious but definitely on the pricey side. A great place to come and eat with the family on special occasions.

Overall great food quality. Only one feedback, and that would be that the restaurant hire another waitress (they only had one) and train them properly on how to interact with guests for simple things like 1. Asking guests if they are alright and if they need anything 2. When bringing out dishes, letting the guests know what other dishes are still remaining and estimated time to arrival (we had to keep asking the waitress for our remaining 2 dishes and she kept giving us a blank stare with the same reply "yeah its coming"). After a while it gets a bit annoying.

Phone enquiries need to improve as well. If possible, if they can have a more accommodating and lively person answer phone calls to atleast give the caller the impression that they will be accommodated well.

All in all great food. Give it 3 stars. For the price, we would expect a higher service quality to go...

Went for lunch today.....the food is good....one waitress was very helpful and polite but one was extremely rude! She did not even acknowledge the feedback on her behaviour and continued to ignore us with an increased attitude as we were paying our bill!!! An example, when we asked her to pack the food, she did not even look at us and sent her hand out and said wait! Such attitudes affect the rating of a place! We informed the polite waitress to advise...

I recently dined at Fong Lee Restaurant, and I must say, every dish was an absolute delight! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each bite was a new experience of taste and texture. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
