Rajdhani Multi-Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Viti Levu

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: heed my words!!! I’m not sure what happened because we thought judging by the reviews that it was a pretty safe bet. But we were wrong.

I am writing this review sick in bed. The night after eating here, I woke up with horrible abdominal cramping and awful diarrhea. I have fever but still feel like I cannot get warm. (I literally sat in the car for 30 min with the air as hot as it would go and I still feel like I’m freezing to death. I would say it was something else but my wife also started experiencing diarrhea around the same time.

It kind of wreaked at least one day of our trip, possibly more. I wouldn’t eat here again if it was the last place on Fiji.

I try to do my best to never leave a bad review, I get how hard it can be. So the fact that I am even writing this review says a lot!!

Service was ok, food tasted good, atmosphere was alright if you like a few clubs blearing music from an across the street. However one last thing, we seriously regret it and I wouldn’t take your chances...

We've tried several Indian restaurants in the area, and so far, this may be our favorite. The service was very good, the wait for our food reasonable, and the prices comparable to other Indian restaurants in the area. We ordered the onion bhajia (best we've had yet), the murgh tikka starter (delicious!), and the murgh bhuna masala, which we liked. We asked for it to be mild and it came pretty spicy, so our host offered to take it back, which we really appreciated. It came back still a little spicy, but just right for us. So if you don't tolerate much heat, just make sure you make a point of it. The restaurant is clean and, while not fancy, looks nice. The only slight con is that it's on a little street with several nightclubs, but there was a friendly security guard at the door, and we didn't feel unsafe. I recently visited Rajdhani and had an absolutely delightful experience. The atmosphere was perfect, offering a clean and inviting environment that made for a comfortable dining experience.

The food was truly exceptional. I tried the chef’s special meal, and it was both tasty and flavorful. Each dish was prepared with great attention to detail, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was appealing.

The overall ambiance of the restaurant added to the enjoyment of the meal. The staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly.
