Korona-aikana on lisätty tilausnäyttöjä, joiden myötä kassajonojen muodostuminen entisestään vähentyy. Homma on aina toiminut täällä hyvin. Sapuskatkin ovat olleet sitä mitä on tilattu. Palvelua on saatu, jos on tarvittu.

We made an online order and when we went to pick it up after a while off waiting the worker asked which burger did the extra pickles go to and which had the extra cheese, I told them very specifically which one they went to. Then when we got the order they were the wrong way anyway. I went to tell them about it and they made new ones but this time gave only 1 tiny peace off salad to one off the burger. Also when I picked up the burgers for the second time they didn’t even apologize or anything just said that here they are and put them on the counter for me to pick up (we were the only ones in the restaurant so they...

this could apply to any burger king in Finland, (tried more than one location) service is rather slow. The food tastes different than say burger king russia, the US or any other country. Not sure why. The shakes taste like laundry detergent (tried different flavors) It is so bad I almost threw up. The burger taste is decent but don't expect the standards you are used to...

If there's more than one person in line, it's likely you'll be told to wait 5-10 minutes before your order is taken as they're incapable of handling multiple customers at once. And then it took 24 minutes to receive my food after ordering. I wouldn't really blame it on the workers as the place is understaffed. Also, prices seem to...
