I don't understand some of the bad reviews just because they don't speak Finnish, especially if you want to feel the real italian food place and understanding they are trying their best in what they know; the food. Also considering suomi is not the easiest language, nor the most useful in any country not even in here where everyone speaks almost perfect English. Might be some lost in translation and cultural differences or misunderstandings, but I consider the workers here really polite, more direct and not introvert that might be misread as rude, which is not for sure.
Also you can feel about the service they export a good Mediterranean culture when they even go to the table for your order. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place, you won’t be...

It is possible to answer politely when someone starts a conversation with "moi", but for her it was too much apparently. She had no idea what is vegan, she tried to offer me cheese. There is a note in the counter that encourages you to ask for more information if you have allergies or dietary restrictions but she was clearly annoyed when I asked. In the end the only vegan options in the whole restaurant were sorbets. The strawberry sorbet was amazing and I understand if a restaurant does not have vegan options but people working in a restaurant should at least know what...
