I wanted to get filter coffee from this place. Gosh what happened was eye-opening. I was paying for the filter coffee card, but i was told the payment machine doesnât work. So i was asked to pay through mobilePay.
He gave me a full cup of filter coffee. But thats not what i wanted. In my opinion i should be able to decide how much coffee and how much milk i want in my cup. So i told him that its too much coffee there, and i need more space for milk. He reduced some, but it wasnât enough to my taste. And it was eye-opening that the owner said: then you will take too much milk.. iâm selling the filter coffee not milk⊠its ridiculous and annoying how penny-pinched the owner is. For god sake, it was the very first time after living in Finland for 10 years to experience something like this. At price of 1.5 euros, they are calculating so much if you take too much of their milkâŠ.
I was pretty disgusted and requested refund. And then the owner wanted to give me cash despite i paid through mobilePay. I told him i donât want cash and it must be returned in the original way. And he was like: ah i donât know how it works. I have customers here so you need to waitâŠAs if its my problem that he doesnât know how to return in the original payment method.. and I even need to sacrifice more time for this BS! Huge red flag. Never return to this place, and never ever will recommend anyone support this business

Latte? I wanted filter coffee with milk. And you are suggesting latte just because i wanted more milk than what you would call the standard level? And you think i donât know latte use espresso shots and filter coffee is something with 5 euros/bag and you can make tons of cups of filter coffee? Its BS.    Read moreThis is an outstanding cafe - I've been on holiday this week and I've enjoyed just hanging out there in the mornings. The good vibes and tasty coffee has totally helped me relax and unwind. As soon as I sat down, I knew this is the cafe for me. The âŹ22.50 prepaid card is awesome; it entitles you to 15 filter coffees (that's âŹ1.50/coffee) and you're not locked in to only filter, which tastes great, you can also double up your stamps to get an americano/espresso or tripple up to get one of their other coffees (capuccino etc.)
I'm a little surprised there aren't more reviews singing their praise. They're really very friendly and kind people. Their coffee is on par with the best from Poland (where I was before and where you can find many excellent cafes). The students are also cheerful and fun to be around.
The cakes look deli - and I'm eager to try the gelato.
I like the light and airy space with benches and tables too.
Looking forward to using my card at the Toolo branch and visiting this branch again soon.

So funny, how you turn it all :) I've previously mentioned this matter, but I'm willing to clarify once more if needed. I used to love the mint syrup option for my latte (you should try it, guys, itâs really nice :) ) at Gelatoria. It was a delightful addition that everyone there knew about. Unfortunately, the syrup ran out, so baristas without a doubt said to me and to others that they would order it. Itâs been a few weeks since I kindly asked for the syrup. Despite my request and wish of baristas, the CEO informed me in a very rude manner that they would not order it, without providing any reason. When I suggested ordering it myself, I was told there wouldn't be space for just one bottle. The CEO's subsequent disrespectful behavior left me with no choice but to share this feedback. I appreciate the wonderful baristas at Gelatoria and hope that patrons will continue to enjoy their warm hospitality, while hopefully not...
