Robert's Coffee Sello — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Lunch quality is good and might be the best salad section of all the other lunch buffets near Sello but the biggest annoyance is the organisation of the buffet lines. It is a mess! Not logical at all, two different sizes of plates scattered in the middle or in the end of the buffet lines. People start to cue to the end of the line to then go to the start to get a plate and then come back and at same time someone with plate is trying to push the other way to get food. Coffee is also located on the other side of the restaurant... otherwise...

I ordered a large caramel latte. The barista left the espresso to sit in the espresso machine for a minute, causing the espresso to burn in the heat of the machine. Added milk first and only after that the caramel syrup. The latte tasted bitter thanks to the burnt espresso and the coffee had no caramel flavour because it wasn't added to the drink with the espresso. The espresso wasn’t made properly, there was no foam on the top. No customer service whatsoever. When coffees were ready the barista shouted ”Espresso and latte ready” instead of just walking 5m and bringing them to our table. It’s sad to see a competitor (Espresso House) that hasn’t even been in business for as long as Robert’s Coffee delivering so much better when it comes to coffee and...
