This place was excellent! Many of us in the party tried the "land" menu which included the lamb neck. It sounded a little risky, but we were assured by our waiter that it was excellent and after describing how it was prepared via slow cooking many of us decided to take a chance on it, as it is always nice to try something new that you normally don't eat. None of us were disappointed. The dish was excellent as well as the service. There is a reason this place is #1 on other review sites!

Price: The evening got pretty expensive in our party of 7, but you can probably scrape by okay with the a la carte menu if you want to limit the spending but still enjoy a fine...

When planning to visit Jyvaskyla this restaurant was on our list. The extra bonus was we also stayed in Hotel Yopuu which it is based. We chose to have the ‘6 surprises’ tasting menu and accompanying wines. What a fantastic menu crafted using local Finnish produce that delivered everything we hoped for! The staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and explained each course and wine so well. We had a great evening and hope to return on our travels again...

I have never been at a restaurant before that I could consider as fine dining, but this place was amazing first experience. We went with my colleagues from Solteq for their Christmas buffet, and we enjoyed a 3 course meal complete with a handpicked selection of wine, Christmas cider, and other beverages which could do nothing but compliment the entire experience. If you have never tried Fine Dining, or enjoy it regularly, this is a great restaurant to add...
