McDonald's Kotka Keskusta — Restaurant in Kotka-Hamina sub-region

Avoid. Feels cramped inside this mini McD, even without corona restrictions, also seating is uncomfortable, as it is bolted to the floor. From all the McD's in Finland and Europe I've visited, this has the slowest service. Partly due to the fact that there is only one checkout desk, and preference to use the touchscreens, some of which are out of use, have reader faults, and are less than hygienic to use. Also the Wolt and whatever deliveries take time from in-restaurant service. Car lane gets always faster service. Staff seems always too busy to clean up the tables or bins, leaving you to wipe space for yourself. Also, haven't observed the touchscreens being wiped clean regularly enough. And how is it that if one wants to get the campaign toys for kids they are always sold out or not available. And then you get like two My Little Ponies for boys, who expected Space Jam, for instance. Every other time I visit here hamburger buns are burned from the inside and nuggets also taste burned even if the don't look like it. Otherwise the food is pretty standars McDonald's food.
