I found this place by chance. Small restaurant (3 tables) in Kotka. The one person working there, the sushi chef, will offer you table water and take your order. He will not prepare your order before he serves his previous clients, and it is worth the waiting. The sushi pieces are sized for a giant (and I like big portions) so consider that when choosing your set. Nothing is too much, everything is fresh - you won't have that sensation that something was waiting for you to order it since god knows when, the presentation is top notch and the rice -for me very important - is just perfect!!
