Hua Du Kiinalainen Ravintola — Restaurant in Lahti sub-region

Since I do not like sushi, my interest was wok part. (Though sushi looked in better portion with less rice and more toppings than other sushi places which are just full of vinegar and sugar covered rice with less central ingredients.. ) Wok was so good if you know what you like and I really enjoyed with seafood and freshly kept ingredients. I did not try warm food but they looked just same as any other places. Dessert table had quite good ice cream and various types.

Things could go better

In wok section. Somehow the moving line was wrongly designed just because of the location of plates. The plates could be laid from the right side of the table so people can choose the ingredients without disturbing the logic of people's moving and the location of the wok kitchen. So the plates could be displayed from the right side of the table and ingredient display had to be from the right side towards the left side. Seafood - vege- noodle- sauce- finally to the wok kitchen.. That way people's movement will be faster and more customers can finish their wok choice faster which will increase their sales with shorter time.

Hot noodle section I loved their mild Tom yam soup and simple toppings. Here also, the reason noodle table looked messy was just a simple display mistake. Such as, boiling noodle spot could be placed right next to the ingredients and the last spot should be for the soup. Things are not displayed logically which will cause messier table and asks more staff to take care of the section which will cause time waste of working force and more waste in cleaning material. Indeed to the customers' eyes...

The food table arrangement Sushi should be placed on the other side of the warm food table. Now the system is that dessert area is divided without any special reason causing dispersed display of the plates and other plates for desserts. something looks messy which causes confusion to the customer with their moving lines during busy hours.

Their ice cream is much better than any other Asian buffet restaurants. They should find a better way to arrange the things in a little different way so they get good feedback that deserves to all the...

Chinese chicken and beef dishes were good but the sushi was mediocre.

Deserts were below average.

Service not so good either.

Affordable on the other hand. 13.90 € for dinner bufe. This would be 18-25 €...
