Had a second lunch on Roux before I left BAIRES after me and my girlfriend had dinner ealier.

I must say, it's definitely in top three of all BAIRES restaurants I've tried. I had oysters, the tuna tartar and the catch of the day. Thinking back about it brings a smile to my face.

The food is outstanding and the service is impeccable. They came up with new bread three times and I ate all of it since it was freshly baked.
