Funky little place to have sushi in Lappeenranta. The food, for Finnish standards is good, but when compared with other places, there is a lack of authenticity. This may be a problem with expectations of Finns eating sushi, or it is led by places that serve sushi. For example, the rolls were too large in size, and they could have been rolled more nicely. Not that it really bothers people, as there were many choices of food available, especially from the sets. Read moreAs a sushi appreciator, this is a great restaurant to go to. Fresh fish, smooth rice (not sticky and sweet at all) presented in the perfect temperature. The wasabi and ginger are amazing. The dishes look quite amazing when it comes to the table. I was able to feel the love the chef had devoted to creat the rolls.
