Baba's Kitchen — Restaurant in Tampere sub-region

Found a hair in my food. Took the plate back to the counter where the guy making the food looked at it and sighed, then turned around and apparently started making another one. About a minute later he handed me a new plate without saying anything. I just stood there dumbfounded. No apologies, no explanation. Mind you the guy was also sweating quite a bit, I leave it for to you to decide how hygienic this place really is.

In addition I had more than 6 rather big tendons in my beef döner plate. At this price range it's unacceptable. They had kebab spinning on the grill, but I never saw them cut fresh slices from it. Instead, our meals were prepared with ingredients that were stored in metal boxes on the counter (much like in a buffet lunch).

Also, prices shown on their webpage were not up-to-date. Eveything was at least 1€ more expensive than advertised on their webpage (e.g. lunch cost 13€ as...

Food is ok, but it's often dirty and the service is not there. I went to order and this man just looks at me weird without saying anything. They do not keep track of the orders so he forgot mine immediately after I paid. He saw me waiting at the table for a long time, but did not say or do anything, just kept staring in a strange way. He finally came over and looked like he didn't know where he was and continued to be weird and rude.

I got my food over an hour after I paid. The chef apologised, but it was not his fault but the older guy's who was taking the orders and he was too scared to apologize...
