Remarkable atmosphere. Light elements, sounds and delicately placed details make the hotel modern without sacrificing comfort.

Even though we stayed at the comfort plus level room we got a superb view, our room was cleaned properly and most was made of the space available. Huge television, led-lights and quality materials made a premium-feel. The bathroom had all the vanities needed such as conditioner and shampoo. A pine-like scent was used in the room which should be taken account if you're oversensitive to fragrance.

The upstairs bar area had good service. We didn't have time to use the saunas but with a quick glance I would state that they were clean.

The breakfast was easily the best I've ever witnessed in a hotel. The breakfast room/restaurant was super comfortable and all of the dishes served were made with care.

Only negatives were that the parking was not included in the bill and the receptionist unfortunately seemed like a robot. She had probably had a bit too long shift which impacted the service we received.

I truly hope that I can turn my four stars into five the next time I visit.

Edit.

Visited here again and this time the service was remarkable. Thank...

Where to start. Let's begin with cons and end with pros.

Not any signs of the hotel when entering to Arena entrance A. Which is the closest to railway station. You can get to hotel through there thought if you know where the elevator is. It's just unmarked behind couple corners without any signs. I took the high floor room with small extra cost, but the view from room - well you see the roof of the arena and some higher buildings in the centre but that's it. Not worth for extra cost imo. Room is quite small, at least feels smaller than other newish hotels like Torni or Clarion, but it is nice. Bathroom is nice even I would like to see longer faucet as when you wash your hands they will hit the bowl because faucet is so short. And one thing what seems to be trend now in newer hotels, no bathdropes for all rooms.

The best thing of the hotel - Breakfast, absolutely loved it. Couldn't be much better. Can't think of what would I needed more. Staff Is very friendly all around, reception, breakfast and floor maintenance. Location is great and would imagine any happenings in Arena, this would be the place to be. Everything is new and clean and...

I visited as a non-guest to use the rooftop sauna. It was €15 with no time limit. It seems like a very modern, fancy hotel. You go to reception on Level 4 and buy a pass then go up to roof level where the key card gives you access to the sauna. There is a bar and seating on the rooftop level that is free to access and then the sauna buildings at the other end of the roof which require key card entry. There is a sauna for men and another for women. Also another one for people with a membership I think. Inside the hut there is a changing room with small lockers and hooks and benches. There is also a water fountain and towels and some toiletries in a basket plus a hairdryer. You go through a door to the shower room and then there is another door to the sauna. The sauna window looks out on the rooftop. I had the sauna all to myself for the whole time I was there (over an hour). I went in the sauna for a while then out to the rooftop to cool down and repeated this. It was sunny and there are great views over the city. The shower room has hair stuff and shower gel and the showers are very good. The facilities were all very modern, clean...

Rooms are fantastic. Stayed in the sauna room and in the suite. Both are excellent rooms, the interior is very nice. The speaker in the bathroom for whatever you have playing on the TV is also a great add-on and pretty unique. They also have ambient lighting that you can select yourself to switch to an option that can mirror the daylight / night periods, for a better sleep quality. Saunas are in excellent quality and are very enjoyable. The bedding and pillows are beyond comfortable. The robe is also made of a very nice fabric. Had some issues with the ventilation system, however the duty manager helped me resolve this in a great way. Receptionist Emma was a great help, at a previous stay on another location they did not enroll me into the club membership. She informed me adequately and helped me join. Receptionist Henna was a great help when I asked for directions to nice locations within the city that are must visits. All in all, very friendly staff. The rooms are great. The vibe is great. The food in the restaurant is great. Definitely would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located inside the Nokia Arena in Tampere! The unique location within the ice hockey stadium is a definite highlight, and the modern spaces and stunning views make it even better. The room was spotless, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and offered a very comfortable stay. The service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and efficient. Breakfast was the highlight: it’s super complete with a wide variety of options, and I highly recommend trying the omelet with reindeer—a delicious taste of Lapland. Also, they have a very nice sauna on the rooftop - perfect after a long business day. While the hotel doesn’t have its own gym, they’ve partnered with a brand-new facility just five minutes away. It’s very convenient, as you can pick up an access card and a lock from the reception. This hotel combines great amenities, excellent service, and a unique location. I would recommend it 100%!
