Daiwo Sushi Tampere — Restaurant in Tampere sub-region

Probably the worst sushi place in tampere. The sushi is very soggy and tastes extremely sweet. Feels like they have added 10 servings worth of sugar in one sushi. All the different sushi offerings are extremely mid and taste either bland or just okay at best. The fried dumplings were the worst dumplings I have ever had. The vegetable mixture in them literally looked like baby food. The sweet chicken curry thing was awful. The chicken was basically a soggy mush. More like mashed potatoes than chicken. I don’t understand how can a place manage to consistently ruin so many food offerings. But then again what can you expect from a restaurant that cannot even set up their soda machine properly, their soda machine has more gas than soda and you have to wait a significant amount of time to get one glass of soda. I am truly shocked by the high ratings of this place as it was extremely poor. The restaurant had left two big trash bags by the entrance so what can you expect from a place that has given up on itself. Save your money and get sushi...

We had an amazing experience there! For a student the cost of a dinner on a weekday was only 12,50€ and for this price we expected anything but this good food. They have wide selection of food: a lot of sushi, fries, miso-soup with different add-ins, 3 kinds of ice cream, cakes, ginger cookies and little marmalade candies even. As well, cold drinks like Coke, lemonades and tea with coffee. Nice and clean big space, the location is really in the city centre, and view on a Hämeenkatu is great! Friendly staff was a sweet bonus to all of mentioned;) We were so surprised how good was our experience there, so we recommend more people to visit this...
