Worst experience ever! PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!

We bought lunch for two people. After taking the food, we realized the food was exceptionally cold. We politely asked them about this, to which the owners became very aggressive and defensive. They kept claiming the food is not cold, and spoke to us in a very rude way. We had barely touched the food, so we said can we get our money back. They refused, and it was such a bad experience that we just got up and left without eating anything. In the end they basically stole 29 eur from us without us getting any food.

Cold food is not just a matter of taste, but a matter of health as well. It can be very risky health wise to eat cold food. The food has to stay between certain temperatures for it to be consumed.

I'd definitely stay away from these...

Saw the 4.9 star rating this place has and could not resist. So glad I stopped by -- the food was awesome and Muhammad, the owner, was warm and friendly.

We had the Beef Kottu, Deviled Chicken, BBQ Chicken & Cheese Pizza. Can't say enough great things about how delicious it all was. We even ordered a Meat Lovers Pizza to go so we could enjoy their amazing pizza the next day. The pizzas are unique and I wish I could have sampled one of each.

If you travel within Finland and happen to visit or stay in Naantali then take the opportunity to visit The Red Lobster, you won't be disappointed, all those positive reviews are there for a reason, the food and service is just excellent.
