My fiance and I had a lovely meal and overall experience here for an early Saturday lunch. The Cataline crepes were so flavoursome and delicious, and paired very well with the brut cidre we ordered.
On top of this the family owners who ran the creperie were just the best, with an incredibly positive and affable manner, and such prompt and attentive service.
We also ordered desserts of crepe suzette for me, and the tartin for my fiance. Again, lovely flavour, and the owner was only too ready to offer me some extra chantilly to put on top of my crepe! I could not recommend this place more, and I hope this place continues to succeed because with top calibre of food and service they deserve to be booked out regularly! Read moreWe had the most wonderful meal experience at Ty Mat'Lot last evening. Not only was the food exceptional and well-priced, but the service of Pascal and Isabelle was outstanding. As a couple, they served the tables with relaxed efficiency and engaged in good conversation. We were made to feel welcome and valued, nothing was rushed or too much trouble. The food was Michelin Star, full of flavour and the right proportions. The Breton Gallette was something out of this world - the ham had such good taste we had not experienced previously. Both were cooked perfectly and very, very tasty. Of course we had to try the dessert crepes so we opted for the Caramel & Burre Sale. Once again it was cooked perfectly and the caramel sauce was ‘lick your plate’ delicious.
