Céleste — Restaurant in Aix-en-Provence

Céleste is an authentique cocktail bar with super friendly owners who also also the bar tenders. I stumbled upon this bar when I was walking back to my hotel after dinner, two days before racing in the Aix Ironman. So I stopped for a gin and tonic and the bar tender knew her stuff. I ended up trying out 4 or 5 cocktails. I told her what I liked, and she made me smell a few bottles and came up with delicious new elixirs on the fly. Then some regular locals living down street came for a drink and were pretty cool to talk with. They ran a bread factory and I ended up going home with a loaf of bread as well. Visited on a recommendation from a friend who has family who live in Aix. From my point of view, it's a super recommendation.

Walking distance from the centre of town, this small cocktail bar is serving beautifully made creations from light and fruity to a more darker style of drink.
