A Must-Visit Tapas Experience at Bar à vins in Salon de Provence! My recent visit to Bar à vins in Salon de Provence was an absolute delight, and I can wholeheartedly give it a five-star review. This charming wine bar offers an outstanding culinary experience that beautifully blends local Provençal flavors with international tapas. The food selection is simply superb. We savored their delicious take on "panisses de Marseille" and a unique, tapas-inspired croque monsieur. The menu also ventures globally with perfectly executed samosas and gyozas, creating a diverse and exciting offering. While I regret not capturing a photo of the dishes, trust me when I say the presentation was as impressive as the taste. Even our children were thoroughly impressed. They absolutely loved the "poulets croustillants," Bar à vins' delicious version of chicken tenders, with the herb de Provence fries. They were still raving about them on our drive home! Beyond the fantastic food, the wine selection is excellent, offering a great range to complement any dish. For those who prefer cocktails, my pina colada was perfectly mixed and incredibly tasty.
