Shocking meal at this awful restuarant. The French Onion soup lacked even a hint of taste, and an embarrassment not only to the French but soup itself. Other dishes taken straight from the freezer couldn't even be cooked correctly, indicating the Chefs inability to operate a microwave. On presenting our feedback of the meal to our waitress, it was our taste buds rather than the offensive soup that was the issue. The rot in this place runs deep both back and front of house. The table next to me ordered fondue, and even with a simple glance I could see the oily residue on top indicating cheap ingredients and poor execution of this Savioe staple. Shame the pharmacy has closed in Arc 2000, as they could have swift business with this restuarant...

Came here for the Mountain Lunch with European Gay Ski Week. For me it was a disaster. Chicken skewers for everyone. Mine were 90% raw, only 10% edible. Another of our group sent their meal back to be cooked properly. Wrong drink served (original Coke vs Coke Zero). Serving staff confused about whether the mountain lunch was prepaid or not.

Yes there were a lot of people all arriving at the same time. But unfortunately serving up raw chicken is a food safety issue and the restaurant has to take responsibility for this. I would have served up chicken stroganoff instead. Same ingredients, but all chicken can be boiled in advance and then combined with the sauce. Much faster to cook and can be...

Avoid at all costs.

Group of 8 for dinner.

Onion soup was water, no flavour at all. Escargots were over cooked and lacked flavour.

Half the mains were inedible and when we ask them to remove the uneaten dishes from the bill after showing them the issues with the food they refused until they were threatened with multiple google reviews. They then removed 3 dishes.

Hands down worst service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. They are more than happy to rip tourists off knowing that every week they have a fresh batch of victims to con!

Multiple other customers were experiencing the same issue with food on...

Visited in April 2023 and the food was the best that we had whilst in Arc 1950. Prompt and polite service. We ordered the ‘pierrade’ of steak and chicken for 4 people and thoroughly enjoyed! We also had garlic bread to start and desserts each as well as a lovely bottle of red! The most expensive meal that we had whilst in 1950, however overall the best quality food, service and atmosphere.

This restaurant is at a great location just off the piste, however the positives stop here. The service was spotty and slow at times. My French onion soup was by far the worst I have ever had in a restaurant. My friend’s pasta sauce was also watery with no seasoning. Overall a very disappointing experience, that I would not recommend for others..
