We ordered some hot chocolates that tasted like dish water. Service was OK. Evening food sounds fine from reviews but never tried it. This was a disappointing apres ski with our kiddos.
Edit: This ended up being the worst time I have ever had in an establishment! I posted this review while at the table and the manager and staff immediately came and confronted me. I said the review was accurate and they said I should have told them first. Maybe I should, but I don't like to reorder from somewhere serving me food or drink.
Then they left me sitting there for ten minutes as I kept repeatedly asking for the bill. They said their card machine was broken and asked for cash. Maybe that's true, but they were behaving very strangely and it seemed like retribution for the poor review. Maybe it was just a coincidence. I started recording the issue to have a record, in case this was retribution. They then told me I could just leave. I left, got cash from a machine, and left more than the bill.
Overall very suspicious. They had explained to me the hot chocolate machine ran out of powder. I said that's ok I'll update my review and probably improve it. But despite this, they behaved vert suspiciously. Perhaps it was just a coincidence. But everyone before us seemed to pay with card just fine.
This was an unfortunate incident, blown quite badly out of proportion by the...
Read moreif you expect the worst service in the world - come here. we got the main courses before the starters, while we explained to the waiter that the starters should be before the main courses - when we pointed this out to the waiter, we were laughed at. the waiter said that "he knew from the beginning that there would be a problem with us". arrogance and disregard for the customer. terrible approach, I do not recommend to anyone!!!! there are many more restaurants where the customer is respected and you can eat better. drama !!!!!!! it would have been enough to say sorry. the whole situation wouldn't have happened. waiters don't know...
