Had a wonderful experience at Igloo de la Ferme! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the customer service was top-notch. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday, and they made it extra special by surprising us with singing and a fire candle—such a thoughtful touch!

The food was fantastic; both the starter and main course were absolutely delicious.

A couple of small suggestions: the restaurant lighting was a bit too bright, which took away from the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful view. Also, it was a little too warm inside.

We booked for New Year’s Eve and notified the restaurant ahead of time about a nut allergy for one child. The server acknowledged and reconfirmed the nut allergy before the meal. The first course arrived and it included nuts on top for our child! They took it away and apologized. After a few courses, our dessert arrived and thank goodness I tried it first because it included nuts again (praline)! Again the server apologized but this was completely unacceptable and dangerous!
